Delivery acceptance
Confirm whether the quantity, specifications, quality, etc. meet the contract requirements.
Requirement communication: Conduct preliminary communication with customers to clarify specific requirements such as quantity, size, color, design, material, and filling materials for ordering plush toys.
Confirmation of renderings: We will present the designed product renderings to the client for confirmation. If necessary, the supplier will make modifications based on the client's feedback.
Sample production and confirmation: We will send the finished physical samples to the customer for detailed confirmation, including whether the size, color, material, filling material, etc. meet the requirements. If necessary, the supplier will make adjustments based on customer feedback.
Price and Contract Confirmation: We provide detailed quotations based on customer needs and samples, including unit price, total price, taxes, shipping fees, etc. After the customer confirms the quotation, both parties sign the purchase contract and pay the advance payment.
Mass production: Fabric procurement and cutting. Our quality inspection team will inspect the incoming materials and conduct a comprehensive inspection of every step of plush toy production. During this period, our service team will report the production progress to you in real-time.
Delivery acceptance: We send the goods according to the logistics and shipping methods specified by the customer. After receiving the goods, the customer inspects them to confirm whether the quantity, specifications, quality, etc. meet the contract requirements.
After-sale service: If customers have any questions or suggestions during this period, please feel free to provide feedback to us, and we should actively respond and handle them.
